As members of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS), we share the beliefs of that church body. Below is a brief statement of our beliefs:

We believe in the Triune God, the one God who exists in three eternal persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that God the Son, Jesus Christ, became man, died for our sins, and rose from the dead, and through Him alone a person can receive the forgiveness of sin and eternal life. We believe that faith in Christ is necessary for salvation and those without Christ will not be saved. We believe we are saved solely by the unmerited grace of God, who by the Holy Spirit has given us faith to confess with our mouth, "Jesus is Lord!" and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Evidence of our faith is demonstrated by the good deeds we perform.

We believe the Holy Bible is the only authority in all matters of faith and life. Holy Scripture is the sole authority by which all theology, morality, teaching, and opinion are to be judged. We believe there is forgiveness of all sin through repentance and faith in Christ. We believe in the real presence in our Holy Eucharist in which we receive the true body and blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in, with, and under the elements of bread and wine.
